Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most frequently. Hopefully this list will get your answer to you faster than sending us email. If you do not find your question answered here, be sure to read our "Sales Policies" and "Shipping Policies" found elsewhere on this page. Our standard shipping is for every "contiguous" or "lower" 48 states in the United States. States that are not considered "contiguous" or "lower" are Hawaii and Alaska. Other places such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. are also handled in a similar manner. Call for quotes. MassageKing runs on a very efficient system. Any orders put in to that system should arrive within approximately 10 to 14 business days. Many items arrive well before that time. Please be sure to read our shipping and sales policies for more details. If you MUST have your item by a certain day, you can pay a $25 expedite fee AND express shipping to your location. Please call Customer Service at (800) 290-3932 for more details or to order. The expedite fee covers our extra costs -- expediting orders requires 3 employees to stop everything they're doing and put aside ALL other tasks and customer issues/requests and take care of just that one order to make sure everything runs smoothly and your order goes out immediately, not to mention quite a bit of extra paperwork. Certain items are considered to have Special Shipping Needs. These include all items that require Freight Shipping, for items that ship outside the Contiguous 48 United States, and some other circumstances. For these items, we require that customers complete and return a Standard Bill of Sale Agreement (BOSA). A BOSA is simply an agreement between you and us saying that you want the items you are ordering and that you are aware of the various policies involved with your product's special shipping needs. It simply states that we are the seller and that you are the buyer. It also allows you to confirm the shipping address, your contact information, and the sale price. LLFitness Inc is a small company which sells various consumer items on the internet through various channels and sites, some owned by LLFitness, some owned by others. We have been selling over the web and through catalogs for several years. In that time, we have had many thousands of painless transactions. Inevitably, there are a small number of situations, where something goes awry. In order to provide consistent, reliable service, we have established the following policies. We have posted them so that you can be aware of them before ordering. Please read each section of ALL of our policies so that you can make an educated purchase decision. Each section contains important information not included in other sections. Also, please be aware that LL Fitness Inc., owner and operator of MassageKing, aSmarterBuy, and other “doing business as names” or affiliates, reserves the right to refuse sales and service to those persons or parties to whom we determine it to be in the interest of all parties involved to do so. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). We also accept checks and money orders (see next item). Unfortunately, we cannot ship COD, nor can we accept checks by phone. If you wish to arrange an open account with us, please call John at 800-290-3932. PAYING US BY CHECK We accept payment by check and money order. Please call us for a quote on the items you wish to order, and write your quote or order number and customer number in the reference line of the check. We will e-mail you a copy of the quote. If possible, please print your quote and include it with the check. Finally, please include your phone number and shipping address when mailing in your payment. Checks will be held for 7-10 business days for clearance before processing. Most items should arrive within 10-14 business days after the clearance process. Money orders will be processed immediately. For checks and money orders, please make payments to: LLFitness Inc Broussard, LA 70518 SALES TAX In most cases, we do not charge sales tax. We are required to charge sales tax to customers whose shipping address is in California or Louisiana, because we have a business presence in those states. Please add sales tax in California (7.25%) or inside Lafayette Parish Louisiana (8.00%) or outside Lafayette Parish in Louisiana (4.00%). ORDER CANCELLATIONS Once your order has begun processing either by our warehouse or by the manufacturer, it becomes NON-Cancelable! If you wish to cancel your order after this point, you must wait until the item arrives at your specified shipping location, and then "Refuse" the order or ship the package back to us (please call for the proper address to return the item to). Refunds for the returned and/or refused items will be handled according to our refund policy (see next topic). REFUNDS How refunds are handled and processed depends on what the item is and where it shipped from. Typically, for items sold on auction sites such as ebay, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. we can issue refunds for items returned within 30 days of the original delivery date and are still in a new condition and in their ORIGINAL packaging. Refunds will be given via the same method that the original payment was made, and typically are for the original purchase price only less any restocking fees. Shipping is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% to 25% usually applies. If your item ships back to us on OUR shipping account either intentionally or not (such as if the delivery of the item was "Refused" and hence automatically returned by the shipping company) then your refund amount will be less RETURN shipping charges in addition to any other charges stated above (such as restocking fees). RETURNS MassageKing is a discount massage supply warehouse. Because we offer such reasonable prices, most of which are far below the full retail price, we cannot afford to accept returns on items that cannot be resold as new and are not in their original packaging, or are not in a new, unopened condition. Further, consumables such as disposable headrest covers, massage oils, crèmes, and lotions, and videos are also non-returnable. Also, typically, for items sold on auction sites such as ebay, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DAMAGED ITEMS Keeping in line with the policies and requirements of FedEx and other freight carriers, MassageKing must be notified of any damage to your shipment within 20 days of the delivery date verified through tracking information, no exceptions are allowed. We believe 20 days provides ample time for product inspection. Please contact us to obtain the correct return address for you particular item as most "drop shipped" items need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. With regards to online auction purchases on sites such as ebay, we will (at our sole option) repair, replace, or refund any defective products, or those damaged during shipping, free of charge of course, unless this policy is superseded by the manufacturer’s policy or warranty. After the 20 days has elapsed, any requests for returns fall back on our standard returns policy listed above, and we must be notified within 30 days of the original delivery date. Any approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and freight charges, as well as shipping insurance, are Non-Refundable. AFTER 30 DAYS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any issues after 30 days must be addressed to the manufacturer directly, as they fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. MISPELLINGS, WRONG PRICES, AND OTHER MISTAKES We have done our best to present the best, most factual, and accurate information. With the vast amount of information and products on our website and in our inventory, and the many different vendors and manufacturers we represent, there will occasionally be some incorrect information or a mistake made of some kind. Though we do our best to correct any and all errors as soon as we find them, please be aware that LLFitness Inc. can not be responsible for errors such as typographical mistakes, wrong prices, or incomplete product information. In fact, if you suspect an error of some kind please contact us immediately so that we may correct it. We reserve the right to refuse orders or sales with incorrect pricing or product information, and to hold orders where we suspect an error exists of some kind until we can contact the customer to make any necessary corrections. WARRANTY AND LIABILITIES While MassageKing carries thousands of items, we do not make or manufacture any of them. In fact, even those items (if any) that might be represented or sold as and LLFitness owned brand such as MassageKing brand are truly another brand that, due to price or advertising restrictions, we may be selling without advertising the brand in order to be able to offer you our customer a lower retail price. Hence, LLFitness Inc. dba MassageKing makes no warranties and accepts no liabilities with regards to any aspect of any of the items we sell with regards to item’s proper use, implied or physical performance, physical composition, construction, workmanship, or failure thereof. By purchasing any item from LLFitness Inc, dba MassageKing, (or any other business operating name owned by LLFitness Inc), the purchaser and end user accepts ALL liabilities and responsibilities for ANY aspect of and item’s proper use or performance, or lack or failure there of. Hence, any and all warranty issues and liability issues that may arise with any product purchased from LLFitness Inc, dba MassageKing and/or its affiliates must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS Occasionally, we will offer for sale used or refurbished items, and those items will be CLEARLY labeled or marked as such. When purchasing a refurbished item, you should know that we have taken a used or returned or surplus item and verified that all necessary parts are present for assembly of the item, and listed any known defects or missing items. However we do not guarantee or warranty the quality of these items or parts or their performance or lack thereof. We are clearly stating that because this item is sold as refurbished, neither Seller nor Manufacturer make or imply any warranties nor does Seller or Manufacturer accept any liabilities for any aspect of this product's proper use, performance, or failure. Shipping Policies One reason we are able to keep our prices low is that we have a very streamlined shipping process. Orders that do not fit into this process cause slow-downs. In order to avoid customer unhappiness, we have created these policies to ensure that everything runs smoothly. HOW / FROM WHERE WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED? Our items ship from across the United States, from places such as California, Louisiana and New Jersey. Each location has its own method of shipment, such FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight truck. Unfortunately due to the extra time, effort, and expense involved we cannot ship to APOs or FPOs. CAN I USE MY ACCOUNT / PICK THE METHOD OF DELIVERY? Due to the amount of time involved in shipping packages on different accounts with different carriers, and that many packages are shipped for us by other companies, we can not deviate from each item's normal method of delivery. Also, we cannot ship with third party billing. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS! Because our products ship from different locations, your items may be arriving separately. Also, many items are pre-packaged in their specially designed boxes which do not accommodate other items, so those must be shipped separately. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE? We quote a typical delivery time of 10 - 14 BUSINESS days for most shipments. Business days do not include holidays nor weekends. Some products may arrive well before this time. However some larger, custom built and/or made to order items (such as any custom built item and certain massage tables from Golden Ratio) can take considerably longer, sometimes up to 6 to 8 weeks. Further, ALL items can take considerably longer during holiday seasons as FedEx and UPS package volumes typically double during these times. TRACKING NUMBERS Because some packages ship straight from the manufacturer (this is called Drop Shipping) we often receive tracking numbers for items after they have already been delivered to you our customer, and so we apologize for not being able to provide all tracking numbers before delivery. For items which ship from our warehouse, those tracking numbers will usually be included in the invoice/receipt sent from us to you by email automatically once your order has been fully processed. SHIPPING FEES Quoted shipping is for the contiguous 48 United States, including to consignment companies inside this region. Unfortunately due to the extra time, effort, and expense involved we cannot ship to APOs or FPOs. Shipping outside the 48 states will be extra (such as Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, American Protectorates, and places which could be described as "International" or where products might have to travel over water.) Please call before purchasing for a price quote. Our software assumes that you are ordering from within the 48 United States. If you order from outside this region, you may receive an Order Confirmation with an incorrect shipping figure. This will be adjusted, and your card will be charged, appropriately; the new figure will always be higher and often the shipping fees can actually be double the original quote. CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM? If you live near our Broussard, Louisiana facility and the item you have ordered is at that site, it may be possible for you to pick up your item. Other items ship from distribution centers across the country. For insurance purposes, pickup is not allowed at the other locations. SHIPPING INSURANCE MassageKing often provides customers with optional but recommended shipping insurance. Customers who purchase shipping insurance and whose packages are lost or damaged by the shipping company will be shipped a new item and MassageKing will file a claim with the shipping company. Due to the time consuming nature of this process, we can not provide this service to customers who do not purchase the insurance, and those customers will be responsible for filing claims and any associated paperwork. RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS MassageKing is a discount massage supply warehouse. Because we offer such reasonable prices, we can not afford to accept returns on items that can not be resold. APPROVED returns will be refunded for the original purchase price only. Shipping fees and Shipping Insurance are both Non-Refundable. Also please note that a restocking fee and return shipping fees (depending on how your item was returned to us) may be deducted from your refund. Items that can not be returned include: Consumables that have been opened such as disposable headrest covers, massage oils, cremes, and lotions and open videos, music, and software. Also, items no longer in their original packaging or items that can not be resold as new are also non-returnable. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or repaired at our option, free of charge, of course. Please contact us by phone to arrange replacement. The purpose of this document is to simply to be extra sure that the recipient and the seller are in agreement about the terms of the sale as the items and/or shipment that fall under the scope of this document tend to be larger, more expensive, and/or more difficult to ship and return. Other purchases made from this store not covered by this bill of sale document are subject to the sales terms and policies listed in our standard policies elsewhere on this site. Seller is the lawful owner of the goods and the goods are free from all encumbrances. Terms of Sale It is agreed that this is a SALE of said items in exchange for financial consideration stated above. The following sales terms apply, which is agreed to by both seller and buyer as signed below. All payments are due in full at time of delivery. Shipment of item(s) by SELLER shall constitute delivery, as shipping fees are paid by buyer and merely negotiated by seller acting as buyers agent. Freight Deliveries For all items delivered by Freight truck (large items): One of the freight carriers representatives will call the number you provided above so that the two of you can arrive at a mutually agreeable date and time for delivery. It is understood that this item is delivered by freight/semi truck, and is hence curb side delivery which means that the shippers responsibility ends once the truck has pulled up and parked in the street in front of delivery destination. The buyer of the item is responsible for taking the item off of the truck at the street/curb and bringing it to the final location (interior room, garage, apartment etc). This usually requires 3 - 4 able persons, (driver of truck is excluded and not required or expected to assist). If a lift gate is required to take the item off the truck, an extra $120.00 will be required by the freight company. As this is a large item with very high shipping charges, buyer agrees that this is a final sale, without the option of returning the item. Signing for the item We HIGHLY recommend the receiver of the shipment (usually the customer who purchased the item) write on the delivery ticket "Subject to Inspection" EVEN if the box or shipping container appears to be in perfect condition. THEN, you may sign for the item and release the driver. IF the item appears damaged upon delivery, before signing the delivery ticket, please read the next paragraph. Damaged Items or Defects Any item damaged during shipment will be repaired or replaced at LLFitness' option with the following condition: Any damage to item must be noted when delivered, with the word "Damaged" AND a description of type of damage both written on the delivery receipt and signed by recipient. If the actual item (not just the box) is damaged (subject to verification by manufacturer) customer may refuse shipment and can expect a replacement to be shipped out upon receipt of damaged item and processing of all necessary paperwork and claims to the shipping company are complete. Please call and notify us upon refusal so we may contact manufacturer. If the delivered item is not the item specified (subject to verification) in the auction or purchase, or if the item (not just the box) is not in new condition, seller will replace or repair the item (at our discretion) to NEW condition. If however after the item is returned and it is inspected and found to NOT be damaged, then customer will be refunded less original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any restocking fee charged by the manufacturer or shipping warehouse. Customer Verifies Personal Information FOR ALL SHIPMENTS, DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL: If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect phone number, shipping address, refusal of delivery by customer, or shipping company being unable to reach customer at time of delivery, or for any reason other than item being damaged or trucking company being unable to deliver due to Force Majeure, then item will either be stored until delivery is possible or returned to point of origin. In the case of storage, fees (usually about $50 per day) will accrue and will be passed on to the customer in a separate invoice. In the case of return, seller will be charged by the manufacturer a return shipping fee and a restocking fee, which will be passed on to the buyer and will be deducted from the buyer/customer's refund. To restate: In case of a failed delivery attempt, item can be redelivered if the extra shipping and restocking is paid by the customer, or a refund can be issued to the customer for the sale price less return shipping and restocking fee which is charged by the freight company and manufacturers warehouse. Signature By signing below, buyer does agree to these terms of sale, does acknowledge that this is a SALE, does accept the goods, will remit monies stated above as consideration, and does acknowledge that this sale is entered into with willful intent. Protecting your Privacy We appreciate the value of privacy on the internet as much as you do. Read these policies below to find out more about how we use and protect your private information. YOUR INFORMATION STAYS WITH US No customer information is ever given to a third party except in the normal process of fulfilling your order. We NEVER give out credit card information, nor do we give out any other customer's information (phone numbers, addresses, items ordered, email addresses, etc.) over the phone or by any other means to anyone except in the event that the product a customer ordered is to be shipped from one of our vendors and not from our warehouse in Broussard, Louisiana. In that event, we only give out the shipping information and the order. Finally, we have never in the past nor will we in the future sell any of our customer's information to third party marketers or spammers. OUR BULK-MAIL POLICY We will not use customer accounts to generate unsolicited bulk eMail. We have never sent out mass email to all of our customers with the exception of those that have told us that they wish to receive periodical emails from us, and in that case it is never more than once a month, if at all. If we were to send advertisements out this way, we would only contact customers who have sent us email in the past. Therefore, any customers who have given us their email address but have not written us in the past will not receive any mail from us except their tracking numbers and any invoices they request.
